hacked my account and had this phone number on my two step verification to Aol..

Has been hacking my aol account repeatedly causing me to change my password every 2 weeks. This number replaces my number as owner of acct. I want to prosecute. Please advise how to proceed. I want to begin legal action as soon as possible.

Hacked my aol email account & replaced this number in place of my number...then used the above number as my verification number.

Same results as others. Hacks into AOL and takes over user's name. Go to AOL. Go to manage accounts. Remove/Delete the infected name. Sign up for AOL using the SAME NAME. Enter different security questions. Re-establish your phone number under that user name. Use the 2-step verification process. You may have to do this more than once. New password each attempt.
