We are being harassed by your Buffalo NY phone center. 3-4 times a day we get a call that we will not answer so as not to get sucked into anything, scam or not. You never leave a message stating you are Comcast. After months of this I picked up to get a RECORDING and at the very end said how to end them. If your home was getting harassed by CONSTANT ringing you would not be happy. Don't tell us that our signature gave you permission to harass us regarding your 'wonderful' products. We never respond, no matter who calls (for the simple reason that you state in one of your titles) "protect yourself, learn about phone scams" We are ready to report this incessant interruption of our private home serenity to the attorney general.
