This number was used to send me a threatening text message.

someone from this number called my cell phone and when I answered they would not talk. I pay for my minutes not them and I don't want to have my cell jamed with non emergency calls

I keep my registration with the National Do-Not-Call registry up-to-date. They called me anyway. A return call to them was answered with a recorded message. The company name is WN Positions, and they say I indicated online that I was looking for work. I'm not looking for work, however I was 3 years ago. Sounds like a free-lance job placement recruiter combing the resume files of Monster.com.
