called to tell me they received error messages from my computer and they needed to access my computer remotely to supposedly fix the problem. I think if I had let them do that my computer would have crashed and been full of viruses. They need to be reported to whatever State, Federal and Local Government agency so they can be shut down before they do damage on a wide scale.
