Message saying it was a legal matter and wanted me to call another number to get my information. I did not respond, just hung up.

$30.00 has been taken out of my account and i have never heard of this company before.. i am sooooooo mad... how does this happen? i never authorized anything.

They have taken money from my checking account that I did not authotrize. I have tried to phone them only to be told their traffic is too heavy to speak to me and I should leave a message and they will get back to me. Whn switched to record a message, I get a busy signal. I am an eldely lady, on a fixed income, I can not afford this kind of scam. Is there anything I can do about this?

This company continues to take money out of my account saying I applied for a loan online which I never did, i'm going to have to close my account and start over which is going to be a real pain.

THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME THREE TIMES AS WELL NEVER HEARD OF THEM UNTIL THEY TOOK $30 FROM ME I STOPPED PAYMENT AND SO FAR MY BANK HAS PUT THE MONEY BACK. I GOING TO HAVE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ON MONDAY. THEY KEEP DOING THIS. I WAS GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE NC DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL . BUT CAN'T FIND THEIR ADDRESS. I CALLED THEM ONCE AND LEFT A VM BUT OF COURSE THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. ANYONE HAVE AN ADDRESS ON THESE FOLKS?
