Received call with name Kedar Ingale, I didn't answer because I don't recognize the name.

I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm FED UP WITH THESE CALLS!!!!!!!!!

This person called me, too, on my cell phone, but left no message. As previous complainant found, it is: Hsiang Chy, 18946 Vickie Ave #232, Cerritos, CA 90703, (562) 860-6942.. I, too, am on the Do Not Call List & am filing a complaint with via the FTC.com website tonight, which I recommend everyone else do. This is clearly a telemarketer; and I'm sick of being harassed both via landline & cell by folks like this!!

Says it's congresswoman like on cid.says nothing wrong with my credit card but I must talk to them about lowering my rate.
