Left an extremely rude message. Said it was Mr. Lofton and my husband or I must return his message by 9am.

Constant calls and threating calls

Making threats of physical violence in voicemail messages. Tried to call the number back and goes straight to their voicemail. Said they have a complaint about an address that I have never lived at. Calls multiple times a day while Im at work leaving voicemails saying things like "Call me back in 1 hour or you'll be sorry" and "Call my office back by 7:00pm. or I'm coming to get you". Don't know who they are, they have never identified their business. Just his first name, Charles.

A Charles Called me about a family member and said if I paid over the phone today he will cut the bill in half and said I needed to pay it our they will serve papers I told him to mail me something and he wouldn't

This is a collection agent who lied and said he was in sales.

Mr. Robert Ve called to report a credit card was issued in my mothers name in2/2009 and 1200.00 was owed and if I didn't cooperate the police would more than likely arrest me her daughter. I have the credit card number he said was used. I went to the bank Wells Fargo to check it out and they researched and found nothing and it was fraud. My mother is 96 yrs. old and living in a nursing home. Mr. "Ve" said to watch out he hoped the police would come and arrest me when I told him this is Freud.
